Please try and include in the message box as much information as you can:-
- Which IOS device you are running e.g iPhone 6
- A Description of the issue you are experiencing
- If you have our app installed on more than one device if the issues are unique to a single device or across all devices.
One of our experienced technical support team members will then reach back out to you and help you resolve your issues as soon as possible.
Meanwhile, you are welcome to use our web-based service which uses the same database source as our IOS and Android apps.
